Chitra & Associates is a reliable and expert consultant for your immigration matters. I have tried the DIY method on Immigration portal as well as worked with other consultants in the past. DIY demands a lot of your time and focus, applications may still fall through as one needs to keep up with changes in government decision making criteria and the system keeps evolving. Unfortunately there are consultants out there learning stuff through trial and error due to which choosing a consultant is important. Below is what I found outstanding with Chitra & Associates.

I cannot thank Chitra and the team enough for all the hard work put in to process, first, my work permit, and subsequently my PR. Chitra is extremely methodical, knowledgeable about the process, and also empathetic about her clients’ circumstances and needs. Her guidance helped me pull together all the extensive paperwork needed well in advance so when the time came, I was ready. She uses all the software tools to make this a paperless process, something that’s very important as my initial application was submitted while I was overseas. She also maintains a repository so that she can access this for future submissions, something that greatly speeds up the process, irrespective of where you are located. Bottom line, I can’t thank Chitra enough for being there for me and my family when we needed help the most! She and her team are the best!
