10 Days of RCIC Guidance
You will get an RCIC's guidance for 10 days to understand what is needed in your application and to answer your questions.
Document Checklist & Application Instructions
We will provide you with a customized document checklist based on the information you provide so that you can get started on collecting your documents.
Preparation of a Review Report
A Review Report is prepared by an RCIC detailing which requirements were reviewed for your application and whether or not your documentation meets the requirements. We also provide suggestions for you to improve your application where applicable.
Additional Documentation Suggestions
We flag corrections and recommend additional documentation where we see that your profile may need improvement. Immigration is complex and the applications often need more documentation that is explicitly stated in the requirements.
120 Consultation Minutes
We include 120 minutes (Two 60 minutes) of consultation with an RCIC so that you can discuss questions about preparing your application, and the review and improvement of your family sponsorship application.
Adjustment of Fees if you Upgrade Services
If you feel after the review that you would like us to represent you in your full application, we will adjust the review fees that you have paid so far.

Chitra Bhatia, MS (Consultancy Management), Member ICCRC and IMCI is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Chitra has several years of experience in the Business, Management, Education and Consultancy industry. She is also a member of Institute of Management Consultants.
Previous to opening her own Immigration and Study Abroad Consultancy, Chitra was the Regional Director for a Canadian College. Chitra has vast professional, consultancy and managerial experience and has held the Business and Country Head position at Hughes Global Education (a part of Hughes Communications), Sanako Oy and Kelly Services before moving to Canada from India.
