According to the Canada welcome program statistics release by Federal Government states “In 2018 Canada welcomed 320,000 newcomers, this number rose to 341,000 in 2019.” In 2020 the targets are set for no less than the previous digits, therefore, the year 2020 must exceed 341,000 newcomers.
