Business owners must start or purchase an existing business in Nova Scotia. Meanwhile, senior business managers must be participating in the business operations in Nova Scotia actively. They can be nominated for permanent residency after a year of establishing their business in Nova Scotia.
Entrepreneurs must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this category:
- Age must be at least 21 years old
- Living in Nova Scotia while managing the business actively
- Net worth of at least $600,000 CAD
- Investment of at least $150,000 CAD from your own money to start a business in Nova Scotia
